Founded in 1943, the mission of the Philo Affiliates of Sigma Gamma Rho, Inc. is to unite women of the highest caliber, help develop and support educational and cultural services, work in conjunction with Sigma Gamma Rho, Inc to improve civic and community conditions, and to function as a Affiliate to the local SGRho chapter.
